Design Assistant
Merchandiser
Main Duties:
1. Be responsible for the model processing, CAD drawing and rendering production of the company's furniture products.
2. Participate in the development of the company's furniture products, keep abreast of the popular trends in product design and creativity, propose product innovation and improvement points, and conduct multi-dimensional designs in terms of product appearance structure, function and experience. Learn the handling of each link in the entire life cycle of the product from definition to termination.
3. Participate in the design of exhibition halls, from the initial product selection, graphic design to the matching of product fabrics and colors, the production of mid-term renderings, to the on-site investigation, photography and other series of processes in the later stage.
4. Work closely with other departments (such as customer service, procurement, etc.) to ensure the smooth implementation of the design plan.

Skill Requirement:
1. Proficient in using design, modeling and rendering software such as CAD, SU, Enscape, Keyshot, PS, etc. (Knowledge of Rhino is preferred); proficient in using office software.
2. Capable of independently completing interior floor plan layout, rendering production and model making.
3. Possess creativity and imagination, strong composition and aesthetic ability, and self-learning ability.
4. Have a down-to-earth and rigorous working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Have a spirit of teamwork and dedication, and good communication and coordination skills.
PS: Please attach a portfolio when submitting your resume. Candidates majoring in architecture or interior design will be given priority.
Main Duties:
1. Order Management: Responsible for receiving, reviewing and confirming customer orders, ensuring the accuracy of order information. At the same time, track the execution of orders and promptly solve various problems during the order execution process.
2. Production Coordination: Work closely with the production department, formulate production plans based on order requirements, and monitor the production progress to ensure that products are completed on time, with quality and quantity.
3. Cargo Transportation: Coordinate with the logistics department to arrange for the transportation, customs declaration, and customs clearance of goods, ensuring that the goods are delivered to the customers smoothly.
4. Customer Communication: Maintain close contact with customers, promptly feedback the execution status of orders, handle customer complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Document Management: Sort and archive all documents and records related to orders to ensure the completeness and traceability of information.

Skill Requirement:
1. Education Background: College degree or above, candidates with education and practical experience in international trade are preferred.
2. Work Experience: At least 1 year of order processing experience is required. Candidates with experience in the furniture industry are preferred.
3. Professional Skills: Possess good communication and coordination skills, adaptability and problem-solving abilities, and be proficient in using office software.
4. Language Requirements: Candidates with excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be given priority consideration.
5. Work Attitude: Work seriously and responsibly, meticulous and rigorous, able to withstand high work pressure, and possess good teamwork spirit and professional ethics.
